If you see something like this after downloading a CSV or sending the list to Google Sheets, please let us know right away.

This happens when Lead Kahuna software needs to be updated.

Once it has been reported, we will report it to Lead Kahuna support. Once the bug has been fixed, and an update has been sent out our team will install the latest version of Lead Kahuna. (Which should fix the issue). 

Unfortunately, jobs that were already in the process or has already been processed will need to be re-run in order for the changes to be applied.


When reporting this issue to us, please include the following information:

  1. Purchase email, which can be found on the My Account section

2. Project ID which can be found on the Dashboard. This depends whether (1) the list has already been completed or (2) if it's still processing:
