You can create the campaigns first and then add accounts to them later, but we find it easier to put the accounts in first. It's up to you which way you want to do it. 

Here's how to set up a campaign:

 A couple quick tips: 

  1. Make sure when you're adding multiple accounts from the same site, for example: Youtube, you log out of Youtube in a separate tab each time you add a new account. When you add the accounts it may log you in, and trying to add another account won't work unless you log back out. We suggest you use a separate tab for this.  
  2. When you post out the videos for your clients, click "Select Networks" and then select a campaign in the drop down. This way, you can quickly have all of the accounts of a particular campaign selected, without having to go down and click on each one.
